  • 2 pounds chicken thighs
  • 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced

For the Vegetables:

  • 1 pound green beans
  • 1 1/2 pounds mini yellow potatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup chicken stock

Instructions

  1. Mix the Butter Mixture: In a small bowl, combine melted butter, ranch packet, and minced garlic.
  2. Prepare the Slow Cooker: Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
  3. Add the Butter Mixture: Pour half of the butter mixture over the chicken.
  4. Add Vegetables: Place potatoes and green beans on top of the chicken.
  5. Top with Remaining Butter and Stock: Pour the remaining butter mixture and chicken stock over the vegetables.
  6. Cook: Cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Adjust cooking time if using chicken breasts.
