Vegetables and Herbs:

  • 1 lb. cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup frozen/thawed green peas
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1 (3 to 4 oz.) can sliced black olives
  • 3 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh chives
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain, rinse under cold water, and transfer to a large bowl.
