Description

Egg Mixture:

  • 4 large eggs
  • 250 g condensed milk
  • 250 g Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 lemon juice and zest

Topping:

  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 160C / 340F and line a 20cm springform pan with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare Egg Mixture: Separate egg whites and yolks into two bowls. Mix egg yolks with condensed milk, lemon juice, zest, and Greek yogurt. Set aside.
  3. Whisk Egg Whites: In the second bowl, whisk egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  4. Combine Mixtures: Gradually fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture until fully incorporated.
  5. Bake: Pour the batter into the pan, place in a larger pan with water, and bake for 45 minutes. Let cool completely and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
  6. Serve: Sprinkle powdered sugar on top, cut the cake, and serve.
