Instructions
- Dissolve Gelatin: Pour the boiling water into the blender and add the packet of sugar-free gelatin. Cover the blender lid firmly to prevent steam from escaping and blend at low speed for about 30 seconds until the gelatin is fully dissolved.
- Prepare Ice Water: Combine cold water with ice cubes to total 1-1/4 cups. Add this mixture to the gelatin in the blender and stir until the ice partially melts, cooling down the gelatin mixture.
- Add Yogurt and Blend: Add 1 cup of plain non-fat yogurt to the gelatin mixture. Cover again and blend at high speed for 30 to 45 seconds until the mixture is fluffy and smooth.
- Chill and Set: Evenly divide the mixture into 5 dessert glasses, bowls, or ramekins. Place them in the refrigerator and chill for about 30 minutes or until the fluff is set and firm to the touch.
