  • Total Time: 1 hour 10 minutes (includes chilling time)
  • Yield: 12 servings 1x

Description

This White Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzel Bark combines creamy white chocolate, rich peanut butter, crunchy pretzels, and roasted peanuts to create a sweet and salty treat. Perfectly layered and chilled to set, this no-bake bark is easy to prepare, making it an ideal snack or dessert for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale

Main Ingredients

  • 1 bag (12 ounces) white chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup (64.5 g) creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup (55 g) crushed pretzels, plus extra for topping
  • ¾ cup (110 g) dry roasted salted peanuts, plus extra for topping
  • Sea salt, for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Prepare the baking sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside to prevent the bark from sticking.
  2. Melt white chocolate and peanut butter: In a medium microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and peanut butter together by heating in 20-second intervals, stirring well between each until the mixture is smooth. Alternatively, melt them gently in a double boiler over low heat.
  3. Add crushed pretzels and peanuts: Stir the crushed pretzels and dry roasted salted peanuts into the melted white chocolate and peanut butter mixture until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Spread the mixture on baking sheet: Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly into a thin layer with an offset spatula or the back of a spoon.
  5. Top with extra ingredients: Sprinkle additional crushed pretzels, peanuts, and a pinch of flaky sea salt over the top for added texture and flavor.
  6. Chill until set: Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and chill until the bark is firm and set, about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  7. Break and serve: Once set, remove the bark from the fridge and break it into pieces. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.

Notes

  • You can use either a microwave or double boiler to melt the chocolate and peanut butter; just be careful to avoid overheating.
  • For extra crunch, add more crushed pretzels or peanuts as toppings.
  • Store the bark in an airtight container in the refrigerator to keep it fresh and crisp.
  • This bark can be customized by adding other mix-ins like dried fruit or chocolate drizzle.
  • If you prefer less salty, adjust the amount of salted peanuts or skip the additional sea salt topping.
