Naan Pizza:
- 2 pieces naan bread

- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ¼ cup Kalamata olives, sliced
- Fresh dill for garnish
Tzatziki Sauce:
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- ½ cucumber, grated and squeezed to remove excess moisture
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- Prepare the Tzatziki Sauce: In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, grated cucumber, salt, pepper, and oregano until smooth. Set aside.
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the Naan Base: Place naan bread on a baking sheet and lightly toast in the oven for 5 minutes.
- Assemble the Pizza: Remove the naan from the oven and evenly spread a layer of tzatziki sauce over each piece.
- Bake & Serve: Return to the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the toppings are warmed through. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh dill, and serve immediately.
