- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the Pizza:
- 4 pieces naan bread
- 1 cup tzatziki sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cucumber slices
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
Optional Garnishes:
- Fresh dill or parsley
- Lemon wedges
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken – Heat olive oil in a skillet, add chicken and season with garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Preheat the Oven – Preheat oven to 375°F. Place naan bread on a baking sheet.
- Assemble the Pizzas – Spread tzatziki sauce on naan, add mozzarella (optional), top with chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta.
- Bake the Pizzas – Bake for 10-12 minutes until crispy.
- Garnish and Serve – Sprinkle with herbs, serve with lemon wedges.
