- 1/2 tablespoon Ground Turmeric

Instructions
- Prepare Fresh Turmeric Juice: Peel the fresh turmeric root and chop it into small pieces suitable for your blender or juicer. Blend until finely chopped, then strain the mixture through a fine sieve, cheesecloth, or strainer to extract the juice. Discard the solid pulp.
- Prepare Powdered Turmeric Tea: Boil 1/2 cup of water in a small pot. Add 1/2 tablespoon of ground turmeric to the boiling water. Allow it to steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Strain the tea through a fine mesh strainer, coffee filter, or muslin cloth to remove any sediment.
- Combine Ingredients: In a medium-sized jar or container, combine the turmeric juice (from fresh turmeric) or the strained turmeric tea (from powder) with 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, juice from half a lemon, and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil. Stir well to mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- Serve and Consume: Pour the mixture into small shot glasses. Consume one shot each morning on an empty stomach to maximize absorption and benefits.
