Instructions
- Prep the fruits and veggies: Thoroughly wash the apples, celery, Persian cucumber, and kale. Pay special attention to the celery to remove any dirt lodged in the cracks. After washing, chop the apples, celery, and cucumber into bite-sized cubes to facilitate blending.
- Blend the juice: Place the kale at the bottom of the blender, then add the chopped apples, celery, cucumber, lemon juice, Celtic sea salt, and water. Start the blender on a low setting and gradually increase the speed to medium-high. Blend for about 3 minutes until the mixture is smooth and homogenous.
- Strain: Pour the blended mixture into a nut milk bag positioned over a glass bowl or large jar. Gently squeeze to extract all the juice, separating it completely from the pulp.
- Store: Transfer the strained juice into a glass jar and refrigerate. The juice will keep fresh and flavorful for up to 5 days. As natural separation may occur, simply give the juice a good shake before drinking to re-emulsify.
