  • 0.5 cup (50 g) shredded carrots
  • 0.5 cup (50 g) cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup (30 g) red onion, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 avocado, sliced
  • 0.25 cup (25 g) shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp (6 g) chopped fresh cilantro

Wraps & Condiments

  • 4 large flour tortillas or whole wheat wraps
  • 2 tbsp (30 g) mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) fresh lime juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: If using raw chicken breasts, cook them by boiling, baking, or grilling until fully cooked. Allow the chicken to cool, then shred or dice into bite-sized pieces for easy wrapping.
  2. Coat Chicken with Sauce: In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken pieces with sweet chili sauce. Toss thoroughly to ensure every piece of chicken is evenly coated with the flavorful sauce.
  3. Prepare the Vegetables: Wash and shred the lettuce or mixed greens. Shred the carrots finely, slice the cucumber thinly, and thinly slice the red onion. Slice the avocado just before assembly to prevent browning and maintain freshness.
  4. Assemble the Wraps: Lay each tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise or Greek yogurt in the center of the tortilla to add creaminess and moisture. Layer the shredded greens first, then add the sweet chili chicken, followed by the shredded carrots, cucumber slices, red onion, and avocado slices. Sprinkle shredded cheese and chopped cilantro on top, then drizzle with fresh lime juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
