For the Frosting:
- 1/4 cup butter; softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 9 x 9-inch baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- Mix the dough: In a large bowl, beat together butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg, vanilla extract, almond extract, and cream cheese. Mix well. Slowly add flour and baking powder until a dough forms.
- Bake the bars: Spread the dough in the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Let cool.
- Make the frosting: In a bowl, combine butter, powdered sugar, milk, vanilla extract, and food coloring. Adjust consistency with more milk or sugar.
- Decorate and serve: Spread frosting on cooled bars, add sprinkles, and cut into squares. Enjoy!
