Ingredients
Scale
Main Ingredients
- 600 g (3 ¼ cups + 1 tbsp) white chocolate
- 397 g (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 23 g (about 2 tbsp) strawberry jelly powder
- Freeze-dried strawberries (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the Tin: Line an 8-inch square baking tin with baking parchment paper. This will help easily lift the fudge out once set. Set aside.
- Melt the White Chocolate: Gently melt the white chocolate in the microwave in 10-20 second bursts, stirring between each interval to prevent burning. Once melted, add the sweetened condensed milk and stir thoroughly to combine into a smooth, creamy mixture.
- Pour and Swirl: Pour approximately two-thirds of the fudge mixture into the prepared baking tin and spread it evenly. To the remaining fudge in your mixing bowl, add the strawberry jelly powder and mix well until fully incorporated. Quickly spoon dollops of this strawberry mixture over the white chocolate base. Using a knife or a skewer, swirl the two mixtures together lightly to create a marbled effect. Sprinkle freeze-dried strawberries over the top and gently press them into the fudge to adhere.
- Set the Fudge: Place the tin in the refrigerator and chill for several hours or preferably overnight until firm. Once set, remove the fudge from the tin by lifting the parchment paper, cut into squares, and store in an airtight container.
Notes

- Strawberry jelly powder adds both flavor and color, creating a beautiful swirl effect.
