Potatoes:
- 800g / 28.2oz white potatoes
- salt
- vegetable oil
Garnish:
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1.5 tbsp sriracha
- 3 garlic cloves, peeled + finely chopped
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- small handful of sesame seeds
- small handful of fresh coriander, chopped
Instructions
- Prepare Potatoes: Peel and slice the potatoes, then boil until soft.
- Roast Potatoes: Toss the potatoes in oil, roast until crispy.
- Make Glaze: Mix soy sauce, maple syrup, sriracha, garlic, and sesame oil in a pan.
- Glaze Potatoes: Coat the roasted potatoes in the sriracha glaze.
- Serve: Sprinkle with sesame seeds and coriander before serving.
Notes
- You can adjust the spiciness by adding more or less sriracha to the glaze.
- Make sure to keep an eye on the potatoes while roasting to prevent burning.
