Beets:
- 2 large beets
Horseradish Mixture:
- 1/4 cup Extra Hot Cream-style Horseradish
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp vinegar + 1/2 tsp
- 3/4 tsp salt + 1/8 tsp
Instructions
- Cook the Beets: Place washed beets in a medium pot, cover with water, add 1 tbsp vinegar and 3/4 tsp salt. Boil for about 1 hour until beets are tender.
- Prepare the Beets: Cool beets, remove skin, and finely grate them.
- Mix the Horseradish: Combine grated beets with sugar, vinegar, salt, and horseradish. Adjust seasoning to taste.
