  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes (dried coconut, not fresh)
  • 1/4 cup flaked almonds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 170C / 340F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

  3. Bake: Spread the mixture on the parchment paper in a thin layer. Bake in the bottom of the oven for 20 minutes, watching for burning. Remove from oven and let cool.
