For Pumpkin Spice Streusel:

  • 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar (packed light or dark)
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 cup Unsalted butter (melted)

For Pumpkin Bread:

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 3 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter (melted and cooled)
  • 3/4 cup White granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup Brown sugar (packed light or dark)
  • 1 can Pumpkin puree (15oz can)
  • 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
  • 2 Large eggs (room temperature)

For Cream Cheese Frosting:

  • 2 oz Cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 2 TBSP Unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar (sifted)
  • 1/4 cup Milk

Instructions

  1. Pumpkin Spice Streusel Mix the flour, brown sugar, and pumpkin spice in a bowl. Add melted butter and combine. Chill until ready to use.
  2. Pumpkin Bread Preheat oven. Prepare loaf pan. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl. In another bowl, combine wet ingredients. Mix wet and dry ingredients. Pour batter into pan, top with streusel, bake.

  4. Cream Cheese Frosting Beat cream cheese, butter, and vanilla until smooth. Add powdered sugar, mix, pour in milk and mix until pourable. Pour over cooled bread.
