Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit to prepare for baking the crust.

  3. Add Walnuts: Stir the chopped walnuts into the flour and butter mixture evenly.
  4. Press Crust: Press the mixture into the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking pan, forming an even layer across the surface.

  6. Cool Crust: Remove the crust from the oven and allow it to cool completely to room temperature.
  7. Make Cream Cheese Layer: Beat together the cream cheese, confectioner’s sugar, and 1 cup of whipped topping until the mixture is smooth and silky in texture.
  8. Spread Cream Cheese Layer: Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust in the pan.
  9. Prepare Pistachio Pudding: Whisk the instant pistachio pudding mix into the 3 cups of milk vigorously for 1-2 minutes until the pudding thickens.
