- 16 ounces Cool Whip (thawed)

Instructions
- Combine Pudding and Pineapple: In a large bowl, mix the 2 boxes of instant pistachio pudding mix with the entire can of crushed pineapple, including the juice. Stir thoroughly with a wooden spoon until the pudding mix is completely dissolved and blended with the pineapple liquid.
- Add Cool Whip and Marshmallows: Gently fold in the 16 ounces of thawed Cool Whip and the 10-ounce bag of mini marshmallows until the mixture is evenly combined.
- Refrigerate: Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the salad to set and flavors to meld.
- Garnish and Serve: Before serving, garnish with maraschino cherries. You may either place the cherries on top of the salad or fold some into the fluff directly if desired. Enjoy chilled.
