Ingredients

Scale

For the beef:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • ½ cup beef broth
  • 1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the veggies:

  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 green bell peppers, diced
  • 8 mushrooms, diced

For topping:

  • 4 slices provolone cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef: In a skillet, brown the ground beef. Drain fat, then add beef broth and worcestershire sauce. Cook over medium heat for 4-5 minutes until liquid is absorbed. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook veggies: Add olive oil to the skillet. Sauté onions, peppers, and mushrooms for 5-6 minutes until softened. Return the beef to the skillet and combine.
