- 1 ⅓ cup mashed bananas (about 4 small bananas)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease and flour (or line with parchment paper) an 8×4-inch loaf pan.
- Mash Bananas: Mash the bananas with a fork to make 1 ⅓ cups mashed banana.
- Prepare Dry Ingredients: In a small bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Set aside.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a separate medium bowl, cream butter, brown sugar, and white sugar. Add the eggs one at a time, then vanilla extract. Stir in mashed bananas.
- Combine Ingredients: Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir just until combined, avoiding overmixing.
