Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease and flour (or line with parchment paper) an 8×4-inch loaf pan.
  2. Mash Bananas: Mash the bananas with a fork to make 1 ⅓ cups mashed banana.
  3. Prepare Dry Ingredients: In a small bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Set aside.
  4. Mix Wet Ingredients: In a separate medium bowl, cream butter, brown sugar, and white sugar. Add the eggs one at a time, then vanilla extract. Stir in mashed bananas.
