Description
Marshmallow Swirl Fudge is a rich, creamy, and chocolatey no-bake treat featuring gooey swirls of marshmallow fluff. This easy-to-make fudge requires no baking or candy thermometer—just melt, swirl, and chill to enjoy decadent squares perfect for any chocolate lover’s craving.
Ingredients
Scale
Fudge Base
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp salt
Marshmallow Swirl
- 1 cup marshmallow fluff (or marshmallow cream)
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and melted butter together, stirring constantly until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
- Add the vanilla and salt. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and salt until fully incorporated, enhancing the fudge’s flavor depth.
- Pour into the pan. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, then evenly spread the melted chocolate fudge mixture into the dish.
- Add the marshmallow swirl. Spoon dollops of marshmallow fluff on top of the fudge, then gently drag a knife through it to create thick, creamy swirls without overmixing, ensuring visible marshmallow ribbons throughout.
- Chill and set. Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours or until firm to allow it to set completely and develop the perfect texture.
- Cut and serve. Once set, lift the fudge out using the parchment paper, cut into squares with a sharp knife, and enjoy your rich chocolate and marshmallow treat!
Notes
- Use marshmallow fluff instead of mini marshmallows for smooth, creamy swirls.
- Don’t overmix the marshmallow swirl to keep thick, visible ribbons.
- Chill fudge for at least 2 hours to ensure clean cutting.
- Sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top for a delicious s’mores twist.
- For toasted marshmallow flavor, lightly torch the top after swirling.
- Store fudge in an airtight container in the fridge up to 1 week or freeze up to 3 months.
