Lobster Filling:
- 3 Cups Chopped Cooked Lobster (7–8 4oz tails)
- 3 Tablespoons Melted Butter*
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Chopped Chives
- 1/2 Tablespoon Fresh Chopped Dill
- Juice from 1/2 Lemon
- Salt/Pepper – to taste
For Serving:
- 4 Soft Hotdog Style Buns (I use Hawaiian hotdog buns)
Instructions
- Prepare lobster meat: Cook and chop lobster into bite-sized chunks.
- Mix lobster: Toss lobster with melted butter, chives, dill, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Prepare buns: Brush buns with butter, warm in the oven at 350ºF for 4-5 minutes.
- Assemble: Fill buns with lobster mixture, sprinkle with chives, and serve warm.
