Lobster Filling:

  • 3 Cups Chopped Cooked Lobster (78 4oz tails)
  • 3 Tablespoons Melted Butter*
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Chopped Chives
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Fresh Chopped Dill
  • Juice from 1/2 Lemon
  • Salt/Pepper – to taste

For Serving:

  • 4 Soft Hotdog Style Buns (I use Hawaiian hotdog buns)

Instructions

  1. Prepare lobster meat: Cook and chop lobster into bite-sized chunks.
  2. Mix lobster: Toss lobster with melted butter, chives, dill, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  3. Prepare buns: Brush buns with butter, warm in the oven at 350ºF for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Assemble: Fill buns with lobster mixture, sprinkle with chives, and serve warm.
