For the Key Lime Pie Bark:

- 4 tablespoons key lime juice (or regular lime juice)

- 4 to 5 graham cracker sheets
Instructions
- Prepare the Baking Sheet: Line a (~18 x 13) baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Mix Yogurt and Lime: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, lime juice, and zest until smooth.
- Spread Mixture: Pour the yogurt mixture onto the lined baking sheet. Smooth it out evenly with a spatula or the back of a spoon. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the top and gently pat them down. Add extra lime zest for more flavor.
