These Jello Candy Melts are a delightful and easy-to-make treat that combines the creaminess of cream cheese with the fruity flavors of powdered Jello. Perfect for parties or as a sweet snack!

Candy Melts:

  • 16 oz powdered sugar (1/2 of a regular sized bag)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature

Coating:

  • Plain white sugar
  • Your favorite boxes of powdered Jello

Instructions

  1. Mix Cream Cheese and Powdered Sugar: In a mixer, combine the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar. Scrape the sides of the mixing bowl and mix until fully combined.
  2. Add Jello: Separate the mixture into 4 small bowls. Add 1 tablespoon of various powdered Jello to each bowl and mix with a spoon.
  3. Shape the Candy: Pull off small 1/2 inch pieces of the mixture and roll them into balls. Press the balls into a slightly flat shape and then roll them in a bowl of sugar.
  4. Chill and Store: Store the candy melts in an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to eat.
