Donair Meat:
- 3 lbs lean ground beef

- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt

- Donair sauce
- Mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F:

Using a stand mixer, combine all Donair Meat ingredients and mix well for 10 minutes. Form the meat into a loaf and bake for 2 1/2 hours. Let it cool overnight.
Heat slices of the meat in a pan.
Place meat and toppings on a pita, add sauce, wrap, and bake for 10 minutes.
