- 8 no Mushroom
- 1 tbsp Oil
Fried Eggs:
- 4 large Eggs
- Salt
- Black pepper
Garnish:
- 2 no Spring onions (chopped)
Instructions
- Prepare Baked Beans: Start by preparing the baked beans. You can use canned baked beans, but homemade spice baked beans are preferred.
- Toast Bread: Slice the bread and toast them with a little butter until crispy. Set aside.
- Cook Sausages, Tomatoes, and Mushrooms: In a large frying pan, cook chicken sausages, tomatoes, and mushrooms on medium to low heat until well seared and cooked. Set aside once done.
- Fry Eggs: Heat butter in the pan, fry eggs to your liking, and season with salt and pepper.
- Plate the Breakfast: Arrange sausages, eggs, grilled mushrooms, tomatoes, toast, and baked beans on a plate. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve hot.
