Kunafa Nests:
- 250gm Kunafa dough
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Gulab Jamun:
- 180gm Gulab Jamun Mix
- 150gm Fresh Cream
- Pistachio, for garnish
Sugar Syrup:
- 3 cups granulated white sugar
- 4 cups water
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 5 Cardamom pods
- 1 Tsp Saffron
Instructions
- Sugar Syrup: Start by dissolving sugar in water over medium heat. Boil and add lemon juice, cardamom, and saffron. Pour 3/4th into a dish.
- Gulab Jamun: Prepare dough, form balls, fry until golden, soak in syrup.
- Kunafa Nests: Grease a pan, coat kunafa dough with butter, shape nests, bake until golden.
- Assembly: Place nests, add fresh cream, Gulab Jamuns, syrup, pistachios. Serve.
Notes
- You can adjust the sweetness by reducing the sugar in the syrup.
- Ensure Gulab Jamun balls are evenly cooked before soaking.
