Kunafa Nests:

  • 250gm Kunafa dough
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Gulab Jamun:

  • 180gm Gulab Jamun Mix
  • 150gm Fresh Cream
  • Pistachio, for garnish

Sugar Syrup:

  • 3 cups granulated white sugar
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 5 Cardamom pods
  • 1 Tsp Saffron

Instructions

  1. Sugar Syrup: Start by dissolving sugar in water over medium heat. Boil and add lemon juice, cardamom, and saffron. Pour 3/4th into a dish.
  2. Gulab Jamun: Prepare dough, form balls, fry until golden, soak in syrup.
  3. Kunafa Nests: Grease a pan, coat kunafa dough with butter, shape nests, bake until golden.
  4. Assembly: Place nests, add fresh cream, Gulab Jamuns, syrup, pistachios. Serve.

  • You can adjust the sweetness by reducing the sugar in the syrup.
