For the Steak Bites:
- 1.5 pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1” cubes
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
For the Garlic Butter Sauce:
- 4 tablespoons butter (1/2 stick), divided
- 4–5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Prepare the Steak: Take the steak out of the fridge and let it warm up for 30 minutes. Cut the steak into cubes and season with salt & pepper.
- Cook the Steak: Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet. Cook the steak in batches for 2 minutes per side. Transfer cooked steak to a plate.
- Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: Reduce heat, add remaining butter and garlic to the pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Return steak to the pan and toss with the sauce.
- Serve: Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- Ensure not to crowd the pan when cooking the steak.
