Instructions

Set the mixture aside to cool slightly.
  2. Add Eggs and Vanilla: When the butter mixture has cooled just enough to remain warm but not hot, add 2 large eggs one at a time, stirring gently to fully incorporate each egg. Then add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and mix thoroughly to blend all flavors.
  3. Incorporate Flour: Carefully fold in ½ cup all-purpose flour, stirring just until the batter is combined and no streaks of flour remain. Be careful not to over-mix to maintain the fudgy texture of the brownie bites.
  4. Prepare and Fill Mini Muffin Pan: Lightly grease a mini muffin pan to prevent sticking. Spoon the prepared batter into each mini muffin cup, filling about three-quarters full to allow space for the brownies to rise during baking.
