  • 1 (5.9-ounce) box instant chocolate pudding
  • 2 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 2 1/2 cups Cool Whip (defrosted and divided)

For the Creamy Layer:

  • 12 graham crackers (broken in half and divided)
  • 5 ounces cream cheese (at room temperature)
  • 7 ounces marshmallow creme
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Line the Baking Dish: Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some extra hanging over the edges for easy removal.
  2. Prepare Chocolate Layer: In a bowl, whisk together chocolate pudding mix, milk, and 1/2 cup of Cool Whip until smooth.
  3. Layer the Graham Crackers: Arrange half of the graham crackers at the bottom of the dish. Spread the chocolate mixture over the crackers evenly and chill.
  4. Make Creamy Layer: Beat cream cheese and marshmallow creme until smooth. Fold in 2 cups of Cool Whip and a pinch of salt.
  5. Assemble: Spread the cream cheese mixture over the chocolate layer and top with the remaining graham crackers. Cover with foil and freeze for at least 6 hours.
  6. Slice and Serve: Remove the frozen dessert from the dish using the overhanging parchment. Cut into squares using the graham crackers as a guide. For best texture, allow to soften slightly before serving.
