- 1 cup coarsely chopped Oreo cookies
- 1 (16 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed and divided

Instructions
- In a large bowl, add chopped cookies and 2 cups whipped topping. Fold together and set aside.
- Unwrap all of the ice cream sandwiches and create a base layer of 6 ice cream sandwiches.
- With a spatula, top the ice cream sandwich base with an even layer of the cookie and cream mixture.
- Add the final layer of ice cream sandwiches with the remaining 6 ice cream sandwiches.
- Frost the entire cake with the remaining cookie and cream topping.
- Garnish the top of the cake generously with sprinkles.
