Chicken Thighs:

  • 68 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Sauce:

  • 1/2 Tbsp butter (for each thigh)
  • 1 3/4 cups BBQ sauce
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Season the Chicken: In a small bowl, combine salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Rub this seasoning mixture on each chicken thigh.
  2. Prepare the Crock Pot: Place the seasoned chicken thighs in the bottom of the crock pot. Add 1/2 tablespoon of butter on top of each thigh.
  3. Mix the Sauce: In a small bowl or measuring cup, mix BBQ sauce, dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce together. Pour this sauce over the chicken thighs in the crock pot.
