Chicken Thighs:
- 6–8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Sauce:
- 1/2 Tbsp butter (for each thigh)
- 1 3/4 cups BBQ sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp dijon mustard
Instructions
- Season the Chicken: In a small bowl, combine salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Rub this seasoning mixture on each chicken thigh.
- Prepare the Crock Pot: Place the seasoned chicken thighs in the bottom of the crock pot. Add 1/2 tablespoon of butter on top of each thigh.
- Mix the Sauce: In a small bowl or measuring cup, mix BBQ sauce, dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce together. Pour this sauce over the chicken thighs in the crock pot.
- Cook: Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
