Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and aid cleanup.
  2. Prep the chickpeas: Drain and rinse the chickpeas thoroughly. Spread them out on a dry kitchen towel and pat dry with paper towels to remove as much moisture as possible. Transfer the chickpeas to the prepared baking sheet and spread them out evenly. Let them sit for 5-10 minutes to dry further, which helps achieve crispiness.
  3. Season the chickpeas: In a small bowl, combine chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
