Instructions
- Preparing Equipment: Preheat your oven to 180 °C (350°F). Generously grease a pie dish that can hold at least 1 quart of batter with softened butter and set aside.
- Making the Batter: In a blender, combine the eggs, all-purpose flour, sugar, vanilla extract, and milk. Blend until the mixture is smooth and fully combined, ensuring a lump-free batter.
- Assembling the Clafoutis: Pour the smooth batter into the greased pie dish. Evenly scatter the blueberries over the batter, gently pressing them in slightly to distribute evenly.
- Baking the Clafoutis: Place the prepared dish in the center of the preheated oven. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cooling and Serving: Remove the clafoutis from the oven and let it cool for about 5 minutes. Optionally, dust the top with powdered sugar. Slice and serve warm, accompanied by ice cream or whipped cream if desired.
