Instructions
- Melt the Dark Chocolate: Place the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl and melt it using short bursts in the microwave, stirring in between until smooth.
- Mix Cream Cheese: Add the softened cream cheese to the melted chocolate and mix until well combined.
- Add Sugar and Vanilla: Gradually incorporate the powdered sugar and vanilla extract into the chocolate mixture, stirring until smooth.
- Chill the Mixture: Place the mixture in the refrigerator to chill for about 1 hour until firm.
- Shape the Truffles: Scoop out portions of the chilled mixture and roll them into small balls.
- Coat in Cocoa Powder: Roll each truffle ball in cocoa powder until evenly coated.
