- 2 hard boiled eggs (sliced thin)
Bacon:
- 4 strips cooked bacon (chopped small)
Chicken:
- 1 cooked boneless chicken breast (chopped small)
Lettuce:
- 5 cups green lettuce (roughly chopped)
Tomatoes:
- 1 cup grape tomatoes
Cheese:
- ½ cup cheese (cubed)
Avocado:
- 1 ripe avocado (sliced into bite size pieces)
Dressing:
- ⅔ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp dijon mustard
- ½ tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- ½ fresh squeezed lemon juice
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Hard-boil eggs, cook bacon, and chicken. Chill until needed.
- Chop Ingredients: Wash and chop lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and slice avocado.
- Make Dressing: Combine olive oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper in a jar; shake well.
- Assemble Salad: Arrange lettuce, chicken, cheese, tomatoes, eggs, avocado, and bacon on a plate. Drizzle with dressing.
