Lettuce:

  • 5 cups green lettuce (roughly chopped)

Tomatoes:

  • 1 cup grape tomatoes

Cheese:

  • ½ cup cheese (cubed)

Avocado:

  • 1 ripe avocado (sliced into bite size pieces)

Dressing:

  • ⅔ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • ½ fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Hard-boil eggs, cook bacon, and chicken. Chill until needed.
  2. Chop Ingredients: Wash and chop lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and slice avocado.
  3. Make Dressing: Combine olive oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper in a jar; shake well.
  4. Assemble Salad: Arrange lettuce, chicken, cheese, tomatoes, eggs, avocado, and bacon on a plate. Drizzle with dressing.
