These Cinnamon Sugar Biscuit Bites are a delightful treat that are easy to make and perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings.

Biscuit Bites:

  • 1 can biscuits (16.3 ounces), buttermilk or flaky style

Cinnamon Sugar Coating:

  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ stick butter, melted (2 ounces)

Instructions

  1. Heat oven. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare biscuits. Open biscuit can and separate biscuits. Cut each biscuit into four pieces. Roll each piece into a ball and place onto prepared baking sheet.
  3. Bake. Bake until biscuits are golden brown, about 12-15 minutes. They spread during baking and don’t stay round. This is normal.
  4. Make the cinnamon sugar. While the biscuits bake, prepare the cinnamon sugar. Whisk the sugar and cinnamon together and set aside.
  5. Cool. Remove biscuits from oven and allow them to cool for five minutes. If you want, break them in half. Flaky biscuits break in half easily. Place the biscuits into a large bowl.
  6. Coat. Pour melted butter over the biscuits and stir to coat. Add the cinnamon sugar. Stir to coat.
  7. Store. Cinnamon-sugar biscuit bites are best enjoyed the day they are made. If you have leftovers, store them covered on the counter for one day.
