This Cinnamon Roll Smoothie is a delicious and nutritious way to start your day with all the flavors of a cinnamon roll in a healthy smoothie form.

Smoothie:

  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon or 23 drops of Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil
  • 1 frozen banana or fresh banana, but add in 3-4 ice cubes with fresh

Instructions

  1. Blend: Place all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Smooth: Blend until smooth.

  • You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar.
  • If using Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil, adjust the quantity to taste.
