  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup corn kernels (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chipotle ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Prepare Chicken Marinade: Whisk together olive oil, lime juice, chipotle chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  2. Marinate Chicken: Add chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes, or up to 2 hours for deeper flavor.
