Description

A delightful and refreshing Chicken Salad Chick Grape Salad that combines the sweetness of seedless grapes with a creamy, tangy dressing. Topped with a crunchy pecan and brown sugar garnish, this salad is a perfect blend of flavors and textures.

For the Salad:

  • 23 lbs seedless grapes (red & green)

For the Dressing:

  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup white granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla

For the Topping:

  • 1/4 cup pecans (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Wash grapes and remove stems.
  2. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese with a handheld mixer until texture is completely smooth.
  3. Add yogurt, white sugar, and vanilla to large mixing bowl with cream cheese. Mix on medium speed until smooth and combined.
  4. Fold green and red grapes into cream cheese mixture with a spatula and pour into serving dish. Cover and chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
  5. Before serving, sprinkle grape mixture with chopped pecans and brown sugar.
