- 3 tablespoons butter (divided)
For the Alfredo Sauce:
- 8 ounces uncooked fettuccine
- 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup heavy/whipping cream
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 large cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Take the cream cheese out to soften. Grate the parmesan cheese.
- Cook the Fettuccine: Boil salted water and cook fettuccine al dente.
- Cook the Chicken: Season chicken, coat in flour, and cook in a skillet until golden and cooked through.
