Cheesy Base:
- 1 loaf of sourdough or French baguette, sliced
- ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ⅓ cup grated Pecorino cheese

Additional Ingredients:
- 4 ounces prosciutto
- 8 ounces burrata cheese, at room temperature
- 2 peaches, sliced
- Hot honey (for drizzling)
- Fresh basil leaves
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the Cheesy Base: On a baking sheet, mix together the Parmesan, Pecorino, grated garlic, fresh thyme, melted butter, and a pinch of black pepper. Spread this mixture evenly across the sheet.
- Assemble the Bread: Place the sliced baguette over the cheesy mixture, then brush the tops of the bread with additional melted butter. Arrange the prosciutto slices on top of or around the bread.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the bread is golden and crispy and the prosciutto has crisped up nicely.
- Assemble the Crostini: Transfer the cheesy bread to a serving platter or board. Tear the burrata and spread it over the bread. Top with fresh peach slices, crispy prosciutto, and basil leaves.
