- 1/2 small Yellow Onion, chopped super fine
- 2 cloves Garlic, finely minced
- 12 oz Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
For Assembly:
- 12 Egg Roll Wrappers
- Oil for Pan Frying
- Oil Spray if air frying

- 4 tbsp Thousand Island Dressing or French Dressing
- 1/4 cup Pickles, finely diced or dill pickle relish
Instructions
- Saute the Filling: Heat oil in a pan, cook onions and garlic, add ground beef, salt, pepper, and cheese.
- Prepare Egg Roll Wrappers: Fill each wrapper with filling, seal with water, and set aside.
- Pan Fry Method: Fry egg rolls in oil until golden brown on both sides.
- Air Fry Method: Coat egg rolls with oil spray and air fry at 390F for 8-10 minutes.
- Make Big Mac Sauce: Mix pickles with dressing.
