Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: Place fresh basil, garlic, egg yolks, lemon juice, and kosher salt in a food processor. Pulse to combine.
  2. Emulsify Oils: With the processor on, slowly pour in the olive oil and vegetable oil mixture. Process until aioli forms, about a minute. Scrape the sides, process again until well combined.
