Marinade:

- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Skewers:
- 1 red onion, cut into large chunks
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into large pieces
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into large pieces
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Marinate Chicken: Add chicken pieces to the bowl and toss to thoroughly coat with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for optimal flavor.
- Prepare Grill: Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
