Instructions
- Prepare the Meatballs and Condiments: Heat the frozen meatballs in the barbecue sauce on the stove or in the oven until heated through. Transfer meatballs and a variety of condiments (ketchup, mustard, ranch, salsa) into small serving bowls and place them spaced out on your serving board.
- Cook the Appetizers: Bake the frozen tater tots according to package instructions and top with shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon, and green onions once cooked. Prepare the pigs in a blanket by wrapping cocktail sausages in crescent roll dough and baking until golden brown. Assemble the baguette pizza bites by topping baguette slices with pizza sauce, mini pepperoni, and mozzarella cheese, then broil or bake until cheese is melted.
- Arrange on Board: Place the loaded tater tots next to ketchup, pigs in a blanket near mustard, quesadillas or other items near salsa, and veggies with ranch dressing on the board. Add the pizza bites in remaining spaces. Rearrange items as needed to create an appealing visual presentation.
- Serve and Enjoy: Invite your guests to dig in and enjoy the variety of appetizers with their preferred sauces and dips.
- Creative Tips: Feel free to substitute any appetizers with your favorites such as jalapeno poppers, taquitos, cheesy garlic bread, or egg rolls. Also add or swap condiments to suit your taste and keep the board fresh and exciting.
Notes
- You can make this board vegetarian by substituting meat-based items with vegetarian options like cheese quesadillas or veggie spring rolls.
- To keep the appetizers warm longer, use small warming trays or slow cookers for sauces and meatballs.
- Customize the board for dietary preferences by choosing gluten-free dough or sausage alternatives if needed.
- Try adding fresh cut vegetables or fruit for color and balance on the board.
