Beef Short Ribs:
- 4 pounds beef short ribs
Marinade:
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
Additional Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Prepare Marinade: Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper in a bowl.
